Participants will follow each case from its initial presentation through investigation and final resolution, gaining valuable insight into the factors that influence outcomes. The program will also examine reporting requirements to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and discuss practical risk management strategies that help protect both patients and providers.
Emphasis will be placed on implementing quality improvement measures, including effective communication through documentation, continuing education, routine chart reviews, and clinical oversight.
Attendees will leave with actionable recommendations to strengthen patient care, reduce risk, and enhance the quality of their dental practice.
